Petr Cech says that he is fresh and fit ahead of the new premier league season. Petr Cech is heading into his seventh season at Stamford Bridge feeling refreshed after a long, arduous but ultimately successful campaign last time around, and is looking forward to turning out in Chelsea’s football shirts for many years to come.

“I played 50 games last season including internationals so it was a long season and as well it was a lot of pressure because the last games we had to win all of them with no mistakes”.

“That is always hard. I was really happy with the way we finished the season of course but as well I was very happy that the season was over”.
