Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has said that the experience of the club when it comes to playing in the top level will certainly help them qualify for the Champions League next season by finishing in the top four ahead of Arsenal, Tottenham, and Newcastle United.
Chelsea are in a race against the aforementioned clubs to finish in the top four of the Premier league, which will ensure them guaranteed Champions League participation for next season. Chelsea can also go to the Champions League next season automatically by winning the competition itself, which were close to doing so.
However, Chelsea manager Roberto di Matteo recently said that finishing in the top four if the biggest priority for the club this season and they will not be taking any chances with regard to winning the final in Munich.

Petr Cech reckons that the experience Chelsea have had over the past decade when it comes to playing in the top games will come to their rescue when they take on inform Newcastle United. “I think our greater experience will be really important on Wednesday because Newcastle are in a position they haven’t been in for a long time, only once maybe, and we have been there many times. It could be the decisive factor but they and we have everything to play for. It will be an exciting game but our experience will help. We want to go to Munich and have the sense that the job is done and we can then easily concentrate only on the final,” Cech told reporters ahead of the Newcastle game.
